Metal Robot Spirits ＜SIDE MS＞ Proud Defender & Effect Parts Set from the movie Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom is now available!

The model’s painting recreates the characteristic coloring from the movie. The white wing incorporates a slide gimmick in the armor, while the gold wing is treated with gold plating. Accessories includes Strike Freedom Gundam Type II exchangeable antenna parts to recreate the Convergent Heavy Nucleon Beam Cannon “Disruptor” and effect parts to recreate the anti-ship sword Futsunomitama and the countless thunder claps it produced in the movie. Combine these parts with the Metal Robot Spirits ＜SIDE MS＞ Strike Freedom Gundam Type II, which is on sale at the same time (sold separately), to recreate the Mighty Strike Freedom Gundam.

Royal Mail. or *Parcel Force will deliver in 2-4 days with tracking number provided. All items are insured. We will reuse old cartons and stuffings to wrap your item as much as possible. Of course, they are clean enough! Please support us to save the earth.

We do not ship to other countries at the moment. Hopefully we will expand in the future!

If your order contains items will different arrival date (e.g. one is in-stock and one is arriving in the future), all items will be sent together when they are all ready. If you need to seperately them, please contact us.
Please contact us by email or send a message to us on our Facebook page within 14 days from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for order cancellation, item must be in re-sellable condition (includes but not limited to unbroken seal, all packaging materials and accessories). Where a return is required, this should be done at the customers cost. Any cancellations after 14 days 15% cancellation fee will apply.

Return/Refund do not apply for the following situations:

- Pre-order items, perishable items such as (but not limited to) computer software, storage media, paint, printer consumables, etc.

- Accidental physical damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.

- Missing accessories, packaging or item cannot be resold as new may incur a restocking fee depending on the extent of the damage.

- We will not accept returns without any prior communication.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable and it will be deducted from your refund.

- You are required to provide proof of sending back the item such as tracking number.

- Abuse of the returns policy will result in your account being banned.
All pre-orders are default by SEA shipment. If you prefer faster arrival, please select AIR shipment.
Estimated arrival date (ETA) is 1 month for AIR and 3 months for SEA after official release date. Please check please check product description for details.
Premium Bandai only delivery goods once per month and usual in the last week of each month. Our Hong Kong warehouse usually consolidate and send out goods every 2 months.

Full payment is required for pre-order items. Please understand there are 2 uncertainty for pre-order:
1. Arrival date
2. Arrived quantity
Due to high demand and limited supply over the world, we may not receive the quantity we had ordered from suppliers. All we can do is being conservative and put limited quota for pre-order in first come first served basis.
Unfortunately, if the pre-order quantity has been cut or canceled, 100% payment will be refunded.

Address update
If you have a new address, please let us know ASAP even if you are not sure with your new address. So that we can put remark at your order. When your item arrives UK, we will pack and send out straight away. That will be too late to let us know your new address.
- We will cancel your order and 100% refund if we are not able to deliver due to no stock arriving.
- We do not accept order cancelation for Pre-order. If you do not understand what is pre-order, please leave us.
- Please read product description carefully. We put estimated arrival date (ETA) for products which have stock coming to UK.
- If you really need to cancel the order, please drop us message. However, not guarantee and depands case by case.
