Please contact us by email or send a message to us on our Facebook page within 14 days from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for order cancellation, item must be in re-sellable condition (includes but not limited to unbroken seal, all packaging materials and accessories). Where a return is required, this should be done at the customers cost. Any cancellations after 14 days 15% cancellation fee will apply.

Return/Refund do not apply for the following situations:

- Pre-order items, perishable items such as (but not limited to) computer software, storage media, paint, printer consumables, etc.

- Accidental physical damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.

- Missing accessories, packaging or item cannot be resold as new may incur a restocking fee depending on the extent of the damage.

All pre-orders are default by SEA shipment. If you prefer faster arrival, please select AIR shipment.
Estimated arrival date is 1 month for AIR and 3 months for SEA after official release date.

Premium Bandai only delivery goods once per month and usual in the last week of each month. Our Hong Kong warehouse usually consolidate and send out goods within a month usually the second week of each month.
