Pre-Order
Estimated arrival date (ETA) is 1 month for AIR and 3 months for SEA after official release date. Please check please check product description for details.
Premium Bandai only delivery goods once per month and usual in the last week of each month. Our Hong Kong warehouse usually consolidate and send out goods every 2 months.

Full payment is required for pre-order items. Please understand there are 2 uncertainty for pre-order:
1. Arrival date
2. Arrived quantity
Due to high demand and limited supply over the world, we may not receive the quantity we had ordered from suppliers. All we can do is being conservative and put limited quota for pre-order in first come first served basis.
Unfortunately, if the pre-order quantity has been cut or canceled, 100% payment will be refunded.
Therefore, don't wait ORDER NOW!

Address update

If you have a new address, please let us know ASAP even if you are not sure with your new address. So that we can put remark at your order. When your item arrives UK, we will pack and send out straight away. That will be too late to let us know your new address.
Order Cancelation and Refund
- We will cancel your order and 100% refund if we are not able to deliver due to no stock arriving.
- We do not accept order cancelation for Pre-order. If you do not understand what is pre-order, please leave us.
- Please read product description carefully. We put estimated arrival date for products which have stock coming to UK.
- If you really need to cancel the order, please drop us message. However, not guarantee and depands case by case.
- 4% of the platform charges (collected by Wix, Paypal and Apple Pay) is not refundable. 4% will be deducted from the total amount or the item with its shipping cost.
- We block user who abuse order cancellation and refund policy.
Privacy & Safety
If you just browse what we are selling, we do not ask for your information at all!
Once you order from us, we will collect the following information:
- Name
- Contact information
- Shipping address
- Payment details
We may send promotional emails about new products. However, the latest information will be posted on our Facebook. Therefore, don't forget to follow us!
Warranty Policy
- Warranty is given to products required AC or DC power. Length of warranty period may vary from different products. Please refer to product details.
- Products under warranty will be repaired or replaced. You need to ship the product back to us in such cases. If a repair or replacement is not possible or is uneconomical, a refund will be offered but a deduction may be made depending on the length of time used.
- Products that suffered water damage, have been modified, altered, operated beyond manufacturer's specifications, tampered with through unauthorised channels, or found to be non-defective will be rejected and may incur a testing charge
- If your item is defective, we will refund your item if it is returned within 14 days.
